Frank Costa leads the overall market and engagement strategy for Resolute Solutions Corporation and its subsidiary, Kivati Software, LLC. Prior to joining Resolute, Costa was president and CEO of Perlego Systems, Inc., an early stage company focused on mobile device lifecycle management. During his tenure he led strategy, developed the corporate infrastructure, productized technology and raised several million dollars in funding. He was also instrumental in securing strategic distribution relationships. Previously, Costa served as CEO, President and COO of Active Voice Corporation, a global leader in Unified Messaging. Recruited to refocus the company, he built a leadership team and the infrastructure needed to achieve its strategic goals. Costa also held an executive leadership position at the Mentor Graphics Corporation where he led product strategy, managing several divisions and organizations, and implementing its next generation technology. Additionally, he has held a range of leadership roles with Intel, Synergy DataWorks, ProTools and OrCAD. Costa has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.
CTO, Eric Blankenburg, leads Resolute’s go-to-market strategy, overseeing solution development and product development for Custom Applications, User Experience, Unified Communications, and Business Performance. Previously, Blankenburg was Vice President of Applications and Integration at Avanade, where he led all go-to-market activities for the Application Development, Application Renewal, and Application Outsourcing practices and established and directed Avanade’s Business Intelligence practice in the Americas. Blankenburg has also been a consultant with IBM Professional Services and spent eight years at Microsoft, holding several technical leadership positions within the IT Group and Microsoft Consulting Advanced Technologies. Blankenburg has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and is a U.S. Air Force veteran.
CLO, Dr. Laura L. Livingston, implements Resolute’s internal learning strategy, creating a learning infrastructure to optimize Resolute’s formal and informal learning and accelerate employee growth. As head of Resolute Learning, Livingston is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic and tactical direction for the learning services business. She provides leadership for a widely-dispersed virtual team, driving revenue for the business division—building operational efficiencies, and establishing and managing strategic learning partnerships for Resolute.
Director of Marketing, Diana Hoffman, leads Resolute’s marketing strategy, creating branding, positioning, and promotional strategies. Prior to joining Resolute, Hoffman was Global Solutions Marketing Manager at Avanade where she directed the marketing efforts for the Application Development, Application Lifecycle Management, Enterprise Integration, and Business Intelligence practices. During her career, Hoffman has worked for leading telecommunications companies including Avaya, Sprint, and Cingular Wireless/AT&T where she helped the Developer Alliance Program achieve industry analyst recognition as the top carrier partner program. Hoffman earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Loyola University.
As National Sales Director, Polly Hopkins guides and manages customer acquisition, business development, and client satisfaction for the company’s offices nationwide. Hopkins has more than 28 years of sales and management experience in a broad range of industries including publishing, advertising, IT staffing, and technology. Prior to joining Resolute, Hopkins served as vice president and managing partner at Ascentium Corporation, a leading Northwest provider of Microsoft-based consulting services and one of Inc. magazine’s 500’s fastest growing private companies. Leading sales efforts for Microsoft, Ascentium’s largest customer, she helped the company grow in revenues from $3 million to more than $25 million in five years. Actively involved in the Northwest high technology industry, Hopkins is a founding board member and past president of the Seattle chapter of the Alliance of Technology and Women. She serves on the board for TechReach, a key program of the Puget Sound Center for Teaching, Learning & Technology. Hopkins is also a partner for Social Ventures Partners, an organization that supports non-profits engaged in educational and environmental initiatives. Hopkins graduated with a bachelor of arts in literature and languages from Bennington College in Vermont.
As Director of Human Resources, Anne Wheeler leads Resolute’s human resources team, directing corporate talent management, leadership, and employee development initiatives. With more than twenty years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, and Customer Care, Wheeler has held executive and senior-level roles with Microsoft, ReFlex Communications and drugstore.com. Most recently, she was Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services at First Choice Health.
